2 order granting adoption
3 waiver of citiation and consent to adopt
4 order appointing investigator to make preadoptive home screening
5 letter to dps requesting criminal history
6 order to petitioner to obtain criminal history record
7 statement for non compliance with 162.002 of the texas family code
8 certificate of adoption:angel
