I would like to file an answer to make them prove the debt and the accounting
Following is the complaint:
Plantiff, XXXXXXX Bank (USA) Successer in Interest to XXXXXX, whose offices are situated at xxx, xxx xxx, Va. complaining of Defendent, say:
1- Defendent is indebted to plantiff arising out of purchases of good and/or serviceses and/or cash advances with a credit card.
2-There is now due and owing from defendent $2,000.00 including all charges and costs which the defendent agreed to pay in accordance with the terms and conditions of his account.
3- demand for payment has been made, but gone without heed.
WHEREFORE, Plantiff, demands Judgment against the defendent, in the amount of 2000.00, togeather with attorneys fees and costs of suit.
