Two people at the Saint Patrick's Day parade got into a shouting match. Both were under the influence of alcohol, the shouting escalated to getting into each others face. A fist fight ensued where one person threw six to eight punches to the other persons face. Since this was in front of many Police officers, that person was arrested and the other was not.
The person that did not get arrested went to the Police prescient and filed a report to press charges.
My question on behalf of the arrested individual is what is the maximum charge he will face under New York City judicial system?
