I was at a friends apartment last night and the cops showed up and gave 6 of us minors in consumption. they didnt give a breathalizer just gave us the finger test where you are supposed to follow their finger with your eyes. i also have a lazy eye which can cause my left eye not to follow things. i really dont want a minor on my record since i barely had half of a drink. is it worth fighting? would i need a lawyer?
