i had a felony dui and now when i look it up it doesn't say felony any more does that mean its gone after the law changed

No telling. Kansas had an issue with compatibility of their traffic citations transferring to other states. Their codes were slightly different. It may be yours was deleted in error, when they attempted to clean up some of the mess. I had a citation transfer incorrectly. After getting my state in touch with the court of jurisdiction in Kansas, the court faxed my state notification they were withdrawing the citation from my driving record.
