i was adjudicated on felony possesion (of weed) with intent to sell and felony paraphanalia(adjudicated because i was 17 and now I am 19). I have sucessfully completed my probation program. After 2 years of completing my probation I am elegible for these charges to expunged. My question is, if these charges are exunged will I be able to vote and own a firearm. These charges are out of the state of Kansas, if that matters.
