    I am about to go to court against my ex in a child pornography case ( and piracy too for movies and software )
    IF they prove he is not-guilty can he bring me to court afterwards?

    { I found ALOT of child porn in a hidden file on his computer - talked to police - fbi - came and confiscated his stuff - now i am going to court to testify }

    PLUS _ what is going to happen to him if they find him guilty???

    He can't bring you to court or initiate charges against you if you did not commit a crime. The state brought the charges against him not you. Being a witness, the state would help make sure he can't just get back at you........... You would be fine. You did not take him to court, the state and the evidence did. He can't carry any legal action against you because of this. He could be on probation or face jail if found guilty............And could be added to the sexual predators list.
