Father has had Physical Custody for the last 10 years (mother was not awarded custody by judge). Mother has not been active in the kids lives, calls occassionaly, did not see them for 8 years. She is behind almost $18,000 in child support, doesnt send them birthday or christmas presents...completely worthless as a mom. This is the 1st time mom has exercised summer visitation rights, went past her 6 weeks, refuses to bring kids back (500 miles from where father lives). Kids are 14 & 13 years old. Father filed Custodial Interferance warrant, which was issued, but Mother went and filed a Protection from Abuse against dad, citing she feared for her life citing incidents from 10 years ago, PFA was granted. Now warrant can't be served because of the PFA. We know that Father has to fight PFA, but how can a PFA supercede a custodial order and a crimial warrant?
How can my husband get his kids back? The 14 yr old is siding with her mother, alleging he abused her and the 13 yr. These are lies, how do you disprove them?
