I am the primary residential parent to my 5 y/o daughter. I just found out that my ex-husband has built a room above his garage that he is renting out to a 69 year old man. This man has access to my daughter, and the house.
Ex-H has been keeping this from me, but I just learned this from Daughter today. He refuses to tell me anything about this man.
Do I have any rights here? I am NOT comfortable with putting my daughter in this situation!
