both are filing for 100% custody. Mother has $$ behind her from her father and this is her 6th detox/rehab. Father of the boys is a good father, provider, boys seem to be much more together with him but he has done some stupid alcholic things and is now drinking more while the boys are at my (Grandmother's )house for a month. Boys going home in 5 days. Yes he will bad mouth the mother and when the mother gets out and goes to her fathers she will bad mouth the children's father to the children.
Couple of questions: what is the likelihood that the Mother will get 100% custody and permission to move the children to Northern CA from Southern CA? (2)How do I get to take the 5th amendment when this comes to pass with "fact finding" docs etc?
