My grandmother left a Trust, which included house and property, and a Will, which covered "everything else". My grandfather is the sole beneficiary of the Will. My lawyer said the will may not have to go to probate court, however my grandfathers lawyer says otherwise. As executor to both, what are my options?

I don't know what state you are in. Sometimes you can avoid probate by having assets shift upon death to a surviving spouse, e.g. if the house was owned with a right of survivorship so that the surviving spouse had ownership of the house passed to him/her upon death of the other.
