   You're an adult.
   
   Your mother is no longer responsible for your care.
   
   As you said, you're 20 years old.
   
   Your mother can ask you to leave.
   
   If you fail to honor her request, she can file an action to cause your eviction.
   
   If you are smart, you'll make nice with mother, or you'll leave on your own like an adult.
   
   Otherwise, you're simply delaying the inevitable.
