I was falsely accused of touching my 16 year old step daughter..... They started a investigation.... Made me leave the home..... Since then she admitted to lieing so she could live with her father in another state.... Does anyone know when this will be closed and I can go home to my other children
 
You will just have to wait until they finish their investigation.
 
There is a user on ParentNook forums who went through a very similar situation. This person too was accused of doing something to a child that was a lie. Again like your story the child was not telling the truth and this was discovered. You might seek this person out to find out how long everything took in that case as well.
