Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication false/positive

I am a nurse and recently tested positive through a urine test for darvacet. This is impossible. Can you tell me if this occurs frequently and how it can be resolved. The lab is first lab based in Pennsylvania.
