False Information on a Deed

Hi, I have a question. My Father passed away back in April of this year. In February my dad was talking about signing over his house to my brother. My Father at the time and can be attested by witnesses' that he was not in his right mind. My Brother offered to take care of my father, and in return he would get the house. On the Deed itself it states that my Brother lived with my Father and that was his address. The fact is that my brother never lived with my Father and that wasn't his real address. I was wondering if there is anything I can do, or is this just "nit-picking" ?
