I'm wondering if I can file for false imprisonment, please read and reply.
Nov 2005 I was arrested and jailed for a so - called probation violation, the violation charges were :
failure to report change of address
failure to report 6/ 04
failure to report 7/04
at the revocation hearing it was PROVEN to be a administration error, the P. O.
went to the WRONG ADDRESS
it was also proven that I did in fact report in 6/04 due to the fact ohio made ALL felons submit D N A
and that I also reported in 7 /04 but P.O. was in the field, my name was on the log in register. ALL this was proven after I was in jail from Nov 08 2005 - Dec 28 2005 , I had a job, lost time from family, loss of wages, stress of looking for work again . How can they just get away with that what can I do ???
