Hi i recently applied for a job at a phone company as a customer service rep. i passed all test including drug test and filled out w-2. they submitted a background check and are showing a felony in nebraska. i have never had a felony. nebraska said its just classified under felony because i was extradited to iowa for a failure to appear that was later dismissed. so i do not actually have a felony. how do i get this off my record or what should i do
