   xxxxx FINANCIAL BROKERAGE IN GA. gave loan approval required money up front not once but three times. i sent it $1800 all together. they wanted more. i said no and requested my money back .they said 7-10 days is this a scam and will i get my money

   Yes, that sounds like a scam to me.
   
   They got YOU to give them money.
   
   I'll bet nothing was in writing, either, right?
   
   You can speak to the police in Atlanta, or perhaps the US Secret Service about filing a criminal complaint against them, but I'll bet these scammers aren't even in the US.
