I signed a service contract for $241 for a year to fix any appliances that need to be fixed. I called the company to ask about my service contract and if it starts as of today I was told yes and made an apointment. When they came they said I need a new part for my washing machine and should have waited 30 days, now I have to pay for the part. They didn't tell me to wait when I called they said I should have read the contract( on the back in small print it does say that, but online it reads there is no waiting period. Now the owner wants me to pay $209 plus the $241 I have already paid I could have bought a new machine why would I be so stupid to ask for service right away it was not an emergency? the machine was working if i wasn't told I could start the service I would have waited. She said a month ago it was a mistake online it shouldn't read there is no waiting period and she would have it removed, but it is still online.
