Fall at car dealership

Last week I took my car in for service. Upon walking back to my car, I tripped over a parking block which was black just like the asphalt. I injured my left knee, both hands and both shoulders, having to be seen at Urgent Care.
Is the dealership responsible for damages?

Did you utilize your own insurance to pay for the urgent care visit?
How much did the urgent care visit actually cost you?

Yes, I called them immediately after and yes I used my own insurance. I've not received a bill yet from Urgent Care

Go back there during the same time of day, retrace your steps, take photos of the parking block as you approach.

No, but I will follow up with my primary care physician the end of the week. I'm still very sore and the injury on my hand requred suture stips to close
