If a person has assault charges, has an undertaking with restrictions of not to communicate directly and indirectly with the victim (spouse). But if they have communication during the restriction period, and later anytime after the charges are dropped or case get solved, if the victim out of anger informs the police that the accused communicated her during the restriction period, will there be any action or have any consequences?

Depends. You should discuss this with your attorney and not strangers on a United States internet site.
