Deportation, Re-entry F1 Student ACD Period re-entry US

HI,

I am a F1 student. I received an ACD (Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal) on Jan 22nd, with a period of 6 months. In additional, I was asked to conduct 3 days of community service. I was asked to go the court on March 29th to show that I have complied with conditions.

While, I have to travel to Peru for a business trip from Mar 7-20. And I have finished my 3 days of community service. I am trying to go to the court before my oversea trip.

Will I have any trouble to re-enter US? Is there anything I could do to make sure I can return US?

1) What was the reason you received an ACD? What were you charged with?

2) An ACD is much better than the alternative - a judgment - since this means that you were technically never convicted of a crime.
