My ex is threatening to expose my work secrets if I do not cooperate with hmy. He does not work at my job. And he is also threatening to expose my nude pictures to my job. All with the intent to harm everyone involved unless I cooperate. What can i do?

Call the police and report the extortion. If they don't do anything just tell him where to stick it. Then, if he makes good on any of his threats, the court will settle his hash.

If you don't have some evidence of his threats I wouldn't bother with a police report.
If he has been dumb enough to leave audio recordings or text messages then by all means make the report and they will pursue it.
Otherwise, just cease ALL contact with him. Any reaction you give will only keep the drama going.
