Parole, Probation extending prob after discharge date

I received a 7411 and my max on probation was 1 1/2 years I was caught up in a raid and then dropped the violations then a week before I am dun they have a warrent for the raid that was a yr earlyer now my P.O. told me he won't let me off till this b.s is fun and its after my max is he able to do this

The PO can't, but once he gets the judge to order it, it's a done deal.

You're lucky if you don't eventually get REVOKED, and end up dong the WHOLE BIT.

Michigan is broke, so that might influence them to only extend your probation.

Either way, you know the drill, clam up, then lawyer up, and wait.

Try to stay away from more trouble, unless you like being caged like an animal.
