How can you exspung a misdaminor in the state of nc that has been a yr since the felony has been committed? It was a theft of employer and charged with a misdaminor. Unable to find a job due to this.

Is it a misdemeanor or felony? Your post said both. The good news is that it doesn't matter which it is, the bad news is YOU CANT. That's one of those reasons we tell our kids to not commit crimes because being a criminal (which is what you now are) follows you for the rest of your natural life.
