I have an expungement hearing scheduled for mid May. My lawyer expects no problems, however, I need to know what to do afterwards. Who am I responsible for contacting and delivering the court order too, versus who the court delivers the court order too? Also, of the agency's I'm responsible for contacting, if any, who in general can I expect to be charged a fee in order for them to remove my conviction from their system?
