Sex Crimes, Sex Offenders Expungement or reduced charge

I pled Guilty to sexual battery on 4 different women in March of 1998. I grabbed their breasts against their will and on one woman I touched bare skin. Touching bare skin is a felony in Ca. and I now have to register as a sex offender. Is there anything I can do to get these charges expunged or is there a way to get off of the sexual offender registry? I moved to Florida shortly after my probation was fulfilled 3 years later and I am still living in Florida.
