Almost 15 years ago I was convicted of vehicular involuntary manslaughter in Fairfax, VA. Is there anyway to have this sealed, expunged, removed, etc...?

Yes, it is sometimes possible to have such convictions expunged. You should speak with a couple of Virginia lawyers about the process, procedure, and costs.

You could also investigate the possibility of obtaining a pardon. If you've changed your life, it may be a better option. It is also cheaper!

Thanks, I'll keep looking.
I have spoken to a couple lawyers so far, but they say it's not possible in Virginia.
I had never been in trouble before and haven't been since.

Correct in VA you can not get it expunged but you can get it sealed or as army said pardoned by the GOV. Good luck.
