I have a hearing coming up soon for "parenting time", and have requested documents from the opposing party's attorney to support their arguments against me (such as police reports from an incident that never took place, that they are apparently unable to obtain a copy of, but are insisting that the incident took place, as well as some medical records that would indicate I was somehow involved in someone of legal age drinking themselves into a coma, etc etc). After three requests, the attorney told me I would have to "formally request discovery", and seeing as our hearing is in less than a month, I am looking for "expedited discovery". How would I go about this? I can't find any forms online for this, or any relevant samples of a motion for it. I am in Minnesota, if it helps.
