My ex-husband is attempting to modify his child support, his lawyer is requesting my financial documents but didn't provide me with his. A lawyer advised me to fill out a motion to dismiss because he didn't provide me with his financial documents. I need help filling out the cover sheet. Is this considered an initial action? Or a reopening and check other?
