I was driving on my college campus and apparently the chief of police of the school thought he saw me spin my tires. After I parked he walked over and stopped me, then radioed a rookie cop to write up the citation. He left as a patrol car pulled up and that officer write me the ticket for exhibition of speed cvc 23109.c.
I was already planning how to fight this but the law is not written clearly as to how much the tires have to spin, or how long, or how fast the vehicle must be traveling.
Anyway, I noticed on the citation the driver license number written down is wrong. Does this mean the citation is not enforceable.
