Personal Bankruptcy Executor of Estates

Can someone who has declared chapter 13 bankruptcy be named as an executor of someone elses estate/executor of someone's WILL? This person would not be getting an inheritance and is not named in the WILL except to say that he would be the executor of the estate.

Is he allowed to be an executor?

I don't know of any reason that would disqualify him. If you have standing you can always contest his appointment.
