Exclusive Cable Contracts

I am now learning that in the future for a major purchase like this to get EVERYTHING listed in the contract. This is my second home purchase but my first with this builder. Their actions and lack of responses belie what they supposedly stand for.


People eagerly fork over HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS, sometimes TENS of MILLIONS for a home trusting a real estate SALESPERSON.

Every time you buy a home or sell a home, HIRE a real estate lawyer to represent and protect your interests.

Had you done that you would have avoided this mess.

Never appear EAGER or HAPPY to buy anything.

Always appear RELUCTANT, UNHAPPY, and PENNY PINCHING.

Try it the next time you're thinking about a major purchase, project a RELUCTANT, UNHAPPY, and PENNY PINCHING demeanor.

You'll be surprised at what eventually occurs to benefit you.

If you ever have doubts about ANY purchase, simply say, "No thanks" walking swiftly away.
 
Having never encountered this before I don't even know if this contract in effect as long as I own this home


If the contract is valid, you're bound by it for the term of the mortgage.

Again, if you doubt the legitimacy of any contract take it to a lawyer and ask for a written legal opinion.

It is BEST to do that BEFORE you affix your "John Hancock"! :D
