My ex is listed as the president of a company. I have not received child suppport for five weeks. the company has been in existance since may of this year. DOR is reviewing my case. I am concerned that he will cover up the fact that he owns this business. He is listed as the President of the business, however, his father-in-law is fronting the money for the business. Will the courts look at his business as an asset? How can I ensure what he supplies as his income is fact?
