eviction

My daughter has been living with her boyfriend for 7 years and they have a child together. They have discussed marriage multiple times but he has never felt ready for that big a commitment. 3 months ago he bought a home and they all moved in together. He asked her to be a stay at home mom to their 2 yr old son. He claimed them as dependents on his income taxes. Now he has decided he would rather see other women and is threatening to have my daughter evicted. She has asked him to give her time to find a job and save enough money to rent a place for herself & the kids. He insists she leave. What are her rights in Florida?

She has the right to leave his home.
She has the right to smarten up to bums like him.
She should leave ASAP.

She doesn't even want an eviction to be filed against her.
A mere eviction filing can hurt her for years.

She should also make sure she files for child support from this cad.

This website explains how she can get the state to help her, and it won't cost her a dime. The taxpayers fund it:
