for the past almost 9 yrs. I have lived in my mothers house down stairs paying rent and separate bills....my mother has since passed away Nov. 3, 2010. 2 of my brothers are executors, they want to sell the house....I have 2 small children 8,6 and my 21 yr...old son lives with me as well. i have since moved upstairs and my my 2 little ones have their own rooms. (they shared a room) they have had stability their whole lives. am i part owner of the home in which i live?
