my father has recently died his will has two spelling mistakes and the surname of a member of the family isnt the right surname can i challange the solicitor over this??

errors

Usually this would be considered a scrivener's error as long as it is easy to determine who the writer of the will intended to receive.

You could challenge, but you would not likely be successful. As said, you would have to cast doubt on the intentions of the will, not just identify a typo or two.
