No, of course not.
Your money paid, absent amy written contract to the contrary, would simply be considered a gift.

It may not even be considered a gift. If you lived on the property it's certainly possible that title holder of the property could claim that those payments reflect rent. But absent any document or proof regarding your claim, there is a reason to believe you have Equitable Title to the property.
