Hi, I was just wondering what the terms are for enforced visitations. My husband and I are having a lot of problem with his ex-wife they have a daughter together adn she always use there daughter against us we have tried to take her to court just recently and she never showed, just last night we tried to pick his daughter up for his vistitaions and she would not let him take her so we went to the police to get a escort so that we could pick her, up by the time we had gotten to her house again she had taken her daughter an left, so we tried to call her and she did not answer her phone, we were unable to have her for my husbands vistations that day, and we were told by the police that we would have to take her to court again, but we dont have to money to take her to court again and i was wondering what are rights are concerning this. thank you
