I have to file a petition and motion for temporary custody ASAP. His mother is Residential Parent thru Order even after DV Charge, this was 3 years ago. She has recently lost her other kid while our son is here on summer break. Here Fiancee has Aggravated Assault for a stabbing, his 2nd school in 2 years. I was in Iraq and out off doing while gone and got home 2008. She moved to PA I drove out all the time to get him an speak with his teacher, which at the end of the year had still never met his mother. I have to do this and fast, for his safety. I keep finding out more bad information on his situation I was not aware of because of the "Good" front put on. He is 7. I am going to do this myself in the next few days by filing for Temp Custody and proceeding from there and really need some advice.
