Corporate Law Embezzlement

I have a partner in a LLC from 2005 where she is the CEO. We have a 50/50 arrangement on the business but I hold the patent. I brought her in because I am not a President type. We had a verbal agreement that what ever we took in every thing would be 50/50. Well I did most of the work and I now considered her a glorified secretary. I made the mistake of letting her in charge of the bank because I was out selling. She in turned gave me very little for expenses while she lived off of the bank (health insurance, Personal Phones, ect.). Now there is no more money and as of date have not received any financial statements. She has Embezzled the money in my eyes. What can I do?

I am not clear why you think she did something criminal.

Explain yourself.

She used the money for personal business and not for company business without consent on my part. The money was to be used for the company to get it going. The money came from my sales. I am new at this.
