Emancipation isn't available in my state. Although, I called the local court house and discuss the possibility of apply anyway. They told me that I could apply, but it is rare that the judge grants anyone. The clerk said that I must of really good cause. Which, I do. I'm not like most teenagers who are trying to become emancipated because their parents won't allow them to do certain things.
