I am currently 16 years old and I want to move out at 17. My aunt has offered to let me to move in with her and switch schools to Ozark. I dont know what my next step is or should be?

Your parents will have to agree to let you live with Aunt. And they may revoke that at any time.

"Emancipation" is about self support not living with another relative.

The first thing you do is get permission from your parents to move out. The legal age to move out without permission is 18.
