What is email harassment? How is it defined? Is it simply sending someone an email saying "You are wrong and he was right." Considered harassment?
I have a former client who has turned out to be a weirdo -- He turned me into the BBB which they resolved in my favor, now I'm dealing with the Attny General and they will soon resolve in our favor.
This client has done this to every service he uses - It's a way to benefit from services and then extort his money back legally.
Last week I had a local detective call me - He left a message and I have to call back but I'm sure it's something from this guy where he's saying an email from me has harassed him - I in no way have made any threats to him but knowing him he has found something that he can get me for in one of our communications.
Is this something detectives check out and what constitutes email harassment?
