Hello i was wondering if a foreign minor has the right to emancipate from their parents? And if so what will they need to be able to do that?

If you live in Rome do as the Romans do. Anyone living on US soil is subject to the same rules and privileges of US law provided they are in good standing with DHS. So, US law will apply to even foreigners here….there is no difference.

That makes it risky! It could go either way...........Some cities are sanctuary cities which don't cooperate with immigration. If not can't predict if it could trigger deportation hearings............ It is your call!
