Consumer Fraud Educational software

I recently order a educational software, the sales person that came out to my home advice me that the same software was being used in my daugther school and that it was going to provided alot of learning opportunities. After I discuss information with my husban and we when to the school with the information obtain by the sales person we where advice that the software that we are about to get is not what they are using in school. We where provided with a software in the school for free and online service for free that could help our children. After obtaining information by the board of education of Jersey City NJ, I try to call and cancel the order I have been advice that someone will call bak with a cancellation number, 2 month past I called every day and still get the same answer. Today I have been informed that the order for cancellation is denied. I need some advice on what to do next? Brainstorm usa

I don't know what information you have and how you paid for it. Are you asking for a cancellation or a refund of money already paid? Sorry to hear about your story.
