I receive educational benefits that i use to pay my bills since Im a full time student. Ive been in collage for a year and a half, but for the last 5 months Ive been fighting going back and forth with the VA and my school because the VA stopped my payments after receiving info from the school that I cancelled my classes but the kicker is IM STILL IN SCHOOL..never missed a week and because of this the military are now saying I owe them $1021 plus intrest and this would all be resolved if UMA would tell the VA I am AND have been in school the whole time but the refuse to so my question is Can I sue the school?
