Earning Withholding Order

Hi,

I have been served papers (Earning Withholding Order (wage Garnishment) at my work place for my wages to be withheld for credit card money I owed over 10 years ago. What can I do, and what are my choices?

The Judgment was entered in the court on 1/21/1998.
