My son is 18 ( will be 19 in July) and should have graduated from high school in May. However, due to poor grades he won't graduate until next December. Yesterday he was sworn into the Army National Guard. My divorce papers state the following: "A child shall be eligible for support until the child reaches the age of 18; becomes married; becomes self-supporting or emancipated; is serving in the military service; or dies, whichever even occurs first. If a child reaches age 18 prior to graduating from high school, that child remains eligible for support until the month in which the child graduates or leaves high school, but in no event past age 20." Since he's in the reserves now, am I still liable for child support?
