Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI Dui

I have PA DL and a pending DUI in CA. I plan to register in CA maybe AL for work purposes. What problems would I have if I register in another state or even CA for DL, INs.? I will pay my fines and I will lose my license from Pa for a yr. but will I lose my new license? Will I be breaking the law by manipulating the system?

You obtain a license where you are a resident. To do otherwise can result in a criminal charge. If your license is suspended in one state, the other state or states may eventually catch wind of it and depending on the state they might also honor that suspension.

You can dodge the session for a little while, but you will eventually turn a traffic infraction into a misdemeanor that could result in jail time.
